Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:
Generally, we have a no-return policy on quality goods.
Indonesia, SEA, and Australia: 1-5 business days, free shipping.
International Shipping: 3-9 business days, free shipping on orders over $150.
Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan: 7-21 business days, free shipping on orders over $150.
For deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach destinations, an additional shipping fee may apply; in such cases, we will contact you within 2 business days. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility.
All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Indonesia. Standard orders are processed within 1−2 business days, after which you will receive a tracking number.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.
Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date.
The jewelry must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Exempt from refunds/exchanges: Personalized jewelry, sale items, and custom pieces.
Because we use personalized, environment-friendly natural materials for our packaging, there will be an up to 25% penalty deduction from your total order if a refund or exchange is approved.
The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
